David Schermer has worked in the Rx Benefit arena since 1998 with National Sales and Executive positions for Cardinal Health/Medicine Shoppe, Express Scripts and ProCare Rx. This experience involves program consultation and management for companies ranging in size from 5 to 50,000 members and representing Public, Private and Non Profit organizations.
Prior to the PBM career, David was the President and CEO of a successful independent retail operation with multiple locations. This experience provides a unique perspective and understanding of the business challenges facing every employer…he has been in your shoes.
David created Windsor Benefit Solutions in 2010 to provide self-funded groups of all sizes the type of Rx Consultation that, historically, was only available to large groups. Each group is evaluated individually and presented with ideas and solutions of greatest value to their individual situation…no “cookie cutter” approach here.
